The Move Better Series builds fitness, strength and confidence across 4 Levels of sequential workouts. Safely grow your physical resilience with virtual coaching and feedback from a your team of coaches that are Doctors of Physical Therapy.

- Assess and develop aerobic capacity; the single greatest predictor of your healthspan
- Workouts are structured and progressively increase as your skills improve
- Start on a higher or lower level month depending on your baseline fitness and experience with weightlifting
Move Better Series Time and Cost.
Professional coaching and programming delivered via an app for the monthly cost of one in-person training session. Take it with you to the gym, or stay at home. Most workouts average 30-45min. This works like a gym membership, meaning you get to access the programming calendar for the length of time you purchased.

Live Better Programming.
Live Better Programming (LBP) is a live ongoing training calendar, with 5 days of workouts per week.
- For the intermediate and above athlete or those who have completed The Move Better Series
- Includes resistance training, power development, and aerobic conditioning
- Functional fitness geared towards the movements that matter to most humans
- Higher skill movements utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells as well as basic gymnastics

Getting The Goods.
Tailored programming is delivered via our Customized Fitr app that includes coaches instructions, video demonstrations, and a live social board. Log in remotely when you want, working out at home or the gym, and participate in a fun, health focused online community.
Within the Fitr app:
- Written instructions from the coaches as well as short instructional videos that correspond to the day's workout
- Post your scores and track your weights to allow for a safe and efficient progression
- Programming updates and improvements based on participant feedback and performance
