Loud, passionate, and driven to inspire change, Darcy is a firm believer in the power of strength training since Coach Max first introduced her to it in her early 40s.  Train to play hard and stay strong for life.

Darcy brings years of expertise to the table. She worked with the U.S. Snowboarding Team from 2006–2016 and, since 2009, has led workshops for national park employees, helping them build the strength needed for the demands of manual labor.

With her energy and experience, she’s here to help you move better, feel stronger, and thrive in everything you do!

Max is equal parts movement science nerd and down-to-earth adventurer. While he loves diving into topics like lactate buffering, he’s just as passionate about lifting heavy, exploring the outdoors, and pushing limits.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, CrossFit coach, and multi-specialty certified orthopedic expert, Max knows how to build workouts that challenge and inspire—the kind we mostly love and occasionally hate. Whether in the clinic, the gym, or the wild, he’s here to help you move better, train smarter, and perform at your best!

Coach Fawn Lintner-Bartlett, Athlete Management

Fawn is the Athlete Manager for both the Move Better Series and Live Better Programming. As a fitness-forward Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifelong mountain athlete, she brings a deep passion for movement, strength, and adventure. Her dedication to helping others excel—in the gym, on the trails, and in everyday life—makes her an invaluable part of our team!
